Eckland: Can't find dungeon 4

Meh, I got the hint and everything, but I can't find the "statue on the left". The only statues I can find are Armoses, which I checked, and the one at the very beginning.

I think dungeron 4 is the one in a cliff, with the hookshot on the cliff.
Just stand on the tile that is like a stone alley (a little bit on the left,) and shoot the Armos statue by aiming to the North.

Now I can't find the map in Level 4... I've gotten the triforce, the compass, and the item, but my map is oddly asymetrical and I haven't found a room with a heart piece like the past 3 levels.

Anyone know how to find level 1? I can get most of the items including the Red Ring and Fire Boomerang but I can't find the 1st dungeon.
