when editing tiles, you can click on part of the box on the right to turn it pink. what does the blue one do?

Okay say you have a tile *like a person for example* and you want to use it in cset 2. All you have to do, is first set the cset number to whatever the sprites cset is. [heres some helpful hints: 4= cset 6 5= cset 7 and 6= cset8] then you just click on the blue square to make it that cset.

oops... i do'nt mean editing. when you right-click a tile on the tile select thing, and you see your tile, what it does, and if you can walk on it. theres a box like the pink one, exept it makes light blue

That determines how much of the combo uses the second cset.
