when i make something in titles, i can walk over it, how can i fix that?

When i make a door, i cant go in it and i set it as cave walk down, how can i fix it?

When i go in a place(like a house) i can go in but i get stuck at the door way, how can i fix it?

Is there a way to change main items?(like a candill, a sworde)?

Check the walkability of your combos, I think all your problems have something to do with that.
Oh, and don't set doors as cave combos. Use the doors dialogue instead, and make sure all the doors in your combo set are set to "none" (this should already be done for you, but check in Quest->Graphics->Door combo sets).
If you need the door to warp you to anpther screen, set up a side warp.
