Help with Alpha Quest ! [Archive] - Armageddon Games Forums

Hey,

I recently downloaded Zelda Classic ,and i'm currently playing the Alpha Quest.However,for some reason i'm stuck on level 1.I kill the dondingo's (i think thats what they're called),and they dropped a key i believe.Also,the old man says " the seceret is under Armos at the dead end ".Now for my problem i've bombed just about everything in the level,and also tried walking through walls,but i still cant seem to figure out how to get the boss.So,how do you?

Somebody please help as i'm getting frustrated here! :(

I have never played this quest,but I still might be able to help.Find the Armos.Bomb it.Push it.Slice it.Try EVERYTHING you can think of on it.I will download it right now...

If by Alpha quest you mean the Official Third Quest, which you can access by entering "ALPHA" as your name in ZC, then check out the official site for it: http://casadealphadawg.com/zc/o3q/index.html - there are maps and hints for all the items on that page.

Most likely, you haven't found the passage way taking you to the boss room in level 1. And I think the clue the old man gives you is related to a secret on the overworld.
