You can't test quests in Zquest anymore, so just save it, open up ZC, and load it as a custom quest (http://armageddongames.net/showthread.php?t=82947).

Reading the sticky would help.

But I'll explain here. Create a new game in Zelda Classic -> Press A(or Alt) then A again to choose a custom quest file -> Look for the quest file you saved from Zquest. That should be it. Now just play.
