You see I am the old grampa dude.

I tried to fight Willme but, I thought I needed to level up so I can beat him but, it made him stronger too.

I have this guy w/ 2 horns on his head as my partner what should I do, use any GG codes?

Are you using an emulator? Which I do not support in any way, but if you have in fact decided to go down the evil path and steal the game:

Use save states and lots of them. They made your opponents ridiculously hard.
Also every action in a battle is predetermined right as you enter it. Quite often it is actually impossible to win against the other characters, so you have to restore to a save before you entered battle.
