I am stuck at level 5 in Hoppers Quest

I am stuck at level 5 in hoppers quest. There are 2 items in this quest I cannot find in this quest anywhere.

1. First item! Where is the blue candle, red candle, or lantern at?

2. Second item! Where can I find the 2nd sword at?

Bluetriforce the blue candle is in Level 4. From the start of Level 4 go north all the way up East 1 screen and bomb the north wall. As for the WHITE Sword all I can tell you is it is not in a dungeon so it's somewhere in the Overworld. I know this is not much help for the sword but maybe you need the candle too find it.
