Arrow Flag question

I want to shoot an arrow at the statue and have that open the shutter to the right. How do I do that?

I'm not sure if there's a specific way to do this, but you can try a secret combo. If you put a secret tile's (say, open door) flag on the shutter's tile, it'll look like it opened when you shoot the statue. You can try that.

The shutter opens automactilly and I cant find a tile to keep it shut besides push button-shutter
