Pallete Cycling help?

I'm trying to use Pallete Cycling and one of two things happen:

they cycle on and off :odd:

they don't cycle at all:odd:

i've seen other quests cycle perfectly what am i missing here?

ur missing the fact that pallete cyling is dead. Just use combos with A. Frames.

The only reason U use Pallete Cycling, is that when i use animation frames

it looks demented.
