Quest of Power glitch

When u play quest of power, the spot link first appears on, he can not move from that spot. This is messed up! I only get games that have high ratings and i downed it and this happened!

This isn't a quest bug, it's a ZC bug. You're playing the quest with version 2.10 I assume? Version 2.10 cannot play version 1.90 quests. So you'll need to download an older version of ZC to be able to play that quest. You should probably get version 1.90 to play that quest, though it MIGHT be playable on version 1.92(which you should also have for the time being).
