new in this pro-gram... how to put new graphics?

well... cool program, first than nothing.

but... there`s one thing that i want to do but i dont know how :( :(

and that... i mean :D .... those tree questions are:

how to make your own graphics?
how to make new weapons?
how to change from LINK to a SOLDIER?

to make your own graphics, go to Quest-Tiles find a Black

tile and hit edit.

to change the weapons, go quest-the one before header,

items- and click on the sprite to change it.

to make link a soldier, find the tiles and insert them where

link should be.

Well, you might have to edit a palette for that one...

1. Which tileset are you using, mainly? (LOZ, Pure, BS...)?

2.Which CSet are you using? Go to Quest/Graphics/Palettes/Sprites and pick the CSet fot the palette you want to change...It could take a while to get the colors you want.

1.Go to graphics, tiles, then select a black tile and click edit. Then right-click on a blank tile ( the one on the right that is a brown square) and you'll see 3 bocks on the very top.double click the one farthest to the left and then click on the tile you want to replace the "blank" one with and press enter.
2.use a bove method to make soldier tiles, then copy and paste um to replace the link tiles. you can also do this to make any of the characters or enimies look different.
3. Sorry can't help you ther! There is no part of zq that will guide you to making one, although I have seen games made with ZQ 1.92 that have them.Just try to be creative! :D

sorry... but i dont even know what is a LOZ pallete?

i already made like 3 new palletes and non of them were added.

Check out some of the ZQuest tutorials. There's some links to several of them at the top of the Quest Editor Help forum.

They helped me out a lot back when I was a beginner.

There are a few good tutorials out there, there are links on this and other sites, an they did help me out when i 1st started (which wasnt long ago).

Or you could go on a search engine (google ect) and type in 'Zelda Clasic Tutorials' and find your way from there.
