open the quest 'example_bs-1st.qst' in ZQuest, and build your game from there

Although I don't think that's going to work for this, since 2.10's BS-1st Example quest is passworded, for some reason. If you can't grab them from there, you can probably find the BS tileset at www.purezc.com.
