There is absolutely no difference between "Paste to All" and "Paste All to All" Once I tried to copy the whole map and choose "Paste All to All", I paste all the same single screens to the whole map instead of pasting the whole map. You know on the quest "Double Vision" that has the Light World and the Dark World like on LTTP? Thats when you would use "Paste All to All" and make alterations.
