Good places to start for midi music would be vgmusic.com for all your video game music needs, and PureZC also has a collection of original pieces.
If you want to use OGG or MP3 music I recommend visiting OCremix.org for some of the best videogame-related remixes out there.
And if you want to use SPC music, you can check the archives on zophar.net or alpha-ii.com.
Some quests have used music from other Nintendo games, such as Donkey Kong Country; others have relied on other RPG games for a soundtrack. Just make sure you know when to set the start and end of loops correctly so that the song repeats itself smoothly.

Even if I had the time to help in this group quest, I couldn't because I need to get the last couple of quests that i'm going to release finished, such as the rest of the Oracle series, although check out the following sites for some resources:

http://www.vgmusic.com/
Tons of music.

http://www.purezc.com/
Tons of loose tiles, tileset, and quests to give you ideas.

Main Zeldaclassic websites. Losts of rescources.

I know you probably know about google, but it's really good for searching for ZC rescources.

STORYLINES
If you're really stuck on storylines, I suggest playing other queststo see what kind of storyline is good. Take the base idea of somebody elses, then change characters, plot twists, items, areas, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Once you get a good storyline by doing that, it'l give you a good idea then you can completely make your won story. This will get your thoughts going. If you're really in need, just do a standard storyline.
