when I play someone elses quest i cant move the chareacter!!! what do I do!!!?

You're probably playing a quest that's too old for version 2.10. Try downloading an older version of ZC from here (http://zeldaclassic.armageddongames.net/downloads.php).

First make sure your controls are set. If it isn't that. Then the person that made the quest probably has a bug to that game. Your best bet is to try using an older version.
