I also had a version that wasn't complete and Darkflame was very kind by sending the whole quest to me when I asked her :)

I have the same problem... where is Level 2?

(It's actually quite funny how people have trouble finding Level 2 in your games... even from the start :) )

I'm playing this on Beta 184, and I can't find Level 2 either. I did find a few caves by bombing rock walls though, but that's it.

When you download this version you'll see new areas/screens open to you. Go all the way to the right until you reach the beach and level 2 is there.

I was wondering about the screen being open to the right side, but not letting you go there, on the screen I'm thinking leads to the beach. I wonder why using the next beta up doesn't let you go there? Really odd...

Hmm. I tried downloading beta 183 to play this, and I still can't get to the beach. It's just straight right from the start, right? Past the screen with the Moblins that make the staircase appear when you kill them?

I think it was the mistake of labeling the world as a BS overworld and then going outside the boundries of its 64 screen border. 1.90 could handle the error, but it seems newer versions of ZC are more stringent.

But you fixed it before, DFW. I remember someone having had the same problem over a year ago (a strong sense of deja vu.) We had this same conversation before and you fixed it, or so I thought because the person was able to complete it and ask for the item you totally forgot to add to the quest...

This quest does need updated, I cannot play it on anything. I tried 1.92, didn't work, beta 183, didn't work, 1.90, too old to play it. I think I'm going to give up on playing this unless it's updated. ^_^;

Hey, I downloaded this game 2day also, got thru lvl 1, got the raft, boomerang and candle, and can't get to lvl. 2 either. I got it from this site. I'll try to d/l it from PureZC and see what happens! :tongue:

Edit: Pure ZC updated today, they added the new version of Wolf Style, and it works. Now I can't find out where to go after level 4, lol. Am I supposed to have the bracelet?

Level 4 is where you get the whistle... On the left side of the Overworld, there are pits and what looks like a push block... but you get the ladder first.

Where is Level 5? And should I have a stronger sword then the wooden one?

EDIT: I found Level 5... but I still want stronger equipment... Has anyone found the White/Magic Sword, Blue Mail, or Magic/Mirror Shield?

Ahhh... I was pointing you to Level 4. Finding Level 5 is actually quite simple, let the Whistle carry you to warp point 4, which instead of Level 4 is Level 5. It's not hard, it's just that you normally wouldn't think to do that :).

Level 5. :p There's a room where you have to pound a tile with the hammer to make the staircase appear, it has the regular floor tile as well as two shades of stoney tile, you have to pound the 1 dark stoney tile to make the staircase appear.

Wolf Style was esp. devious in terms of non-sensical puzzles. Warp point 4 was level 5 and Warp point 5 was level 4. bwhahaha. As for level 5, yes, pounding dark tiles to find staircases was evil. Furthermore, level 6 is nearly impossible to find, its one screen down and right from levle 1. Use the bow and arrows from level 5 to shoot the rock wall in that screen to find level 6. I know, that was one damn vague dungeon entrance! LOL
As for the white sword, that is the most powerful sword in the game. There is no magic shield in this quest. The red ring and white sword can be bought in the rocky mountains just north of the screen where you have to raft to level 7.

I bought the WHite Sword, but got what I thought was the better magic sword in in level six. It seems better, is it not the magic sword??
