Still Need Help

I Still Cannot get downloaded games to work on my computer
I did what Dart Zader said about saving them directly to the place where i saved the program, but it still wont work. I dont know wats wrong, but i need help, and i would really appreciate it. (please include every step you must do to download the game.)
