I just started and got the bombs and the bowl, thats it. After that I am stuck.

I had trouble for a while too, but finally I lucked out and figured out just what the guy who talks about statues was talking about.

if you know where the bomb shop is, then go there and get the leaf like object on the nearby overworld (same sccreen)

if you don't know where the bomb shop is ,go as follows

south until you see the narrow bridge, east as far as you can go,
north 1 screen, east 1 screen, and I think south 1 or 2 screens

I forgot if you havre to beat samus there, but if you have to, bombs are tyhe only thing that works :cool:
