2 torches

in a room in my quest, i want to make a room with 2 torches that need lit to open the door, only problem is, when i light the first torch, the door opens. i know it has something to do with layered flags, but that's all i know. thanks in advance :)

EDIT: the mods can close this now. i got help from snort.
