Which Zelda version is best suited for Windows HP,whiichever version I was using wont allow me to play any newly installed quests..game starts,but Link is frozen..cant move the little idiot,any older quest that were already installed work fine,Thanks in advance.

It might be because you're loading a quest that's too old. Same thing happens to me when I load Mario: LoZ, for example.
