One: I'd like to announce that I am working on a Zelda game in ZC that is called The Legend of Zelda: The Legendary Flames!
Two: A place for Zelda Fan Games (Some are in ZC) is Zelda Fan Game Central, or ZFGC (http://www.zfgc.com). I am known as DKM there as well, so it will be easy to find me.
