So I got a 1.92 player and am playing Alphadawg's Unofficial 3rd Quest (the 2.10 player causes bugs with the enemies). I just beat gannon, but left the level 9 to try and find the hidden dungeon. Anywho, I have two questions:
1) Where are the flippers? I know I need them to find the hidden dungeon (I have an idea where that might be so don't tell me), but I need the flippers
2) What's up with the 3-room dungeon-type area that can be accessed in the brown moblin forest in the bottom-lefthand area of the overworld map (superbombing on the overworld to access it)? I beat the digdoggers, and the next room has a fairy that does nothing. Am I missing something here?

[EDIT]: Are my 2 questions related? Is the fairy supposed to give me the flippers? And was the "NPC gives you items" option removed from every ZC after 1.90?
