My personal favorite would have to be either from Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (http://www.mirsoft.info/gmb/music_info.php?id_ele=NTc1), or from Deus Ex (http://www.mirsoft.info/gmb/music_info.php?id_ele=MzM4). They're both just utterly outstanding.
When you check out the Deus Ex soundtrack, be sure to listen to the "UNATCO Return" music, which could also be titled "The Enemy Within" or something like that. That right there, is a scary bit of music. If only you knew the situation behind that. ...
