Well, I happy to say that I've reached my 1000th post, I can hardly believe it, 2 milestones in one week :D
anyways, now moving on to step #3

You get a custom av by either having a premium membership or hitting 1000 posts.

I think it's actually 1001 posts to get your custom title. I'm really not sure about this though. So many times, (Three, at least.) I reached a 1000 post milestone, went to change my title and/or avatar, and was unable to, just as I had at any point in the past. Thus, I think it's -past- the milestone. What a strange setup, if that is indeed the way it is.
