first of all, i will start with my most basic question-- how do you use music found on the internet?

MIDI music:
1: Open ZQ

2: Go to Quest -> Midis

3: Select a slot, and double click it.

4: Click load, and select the file you want.

5: Use the Start, Loop Start, and Loop End buttons to make the song loop correctly (I.E. it doesn't fade out)

6: Click OK.

7: Go to Quest -> DMaps.

8: Go to the Music tab.

9: Select the MIDI you want from the drop down box.

It's important that ZC can't play some MIDIs, and other midis will play incorrectly.

Other Music types:
1: Place the file in the same directory as the quest file.

2: Open ZQ

3: Go to Quest -> Dmaps.

4: Go to the music tab.

5: Load the music file.

ZC currently supports IT, MOD, MP3, OGG, and SPC. I think.
ZC attempts to find the "other" music type first. If it can't find it or it doesn't exist, it will play the MIDI instead.

What website is it? Normally, you can just right-click on the link to the file, and choose "Save As."
