Swansong help

I'm currently stuck. I completed the first three levels and posses the Bow(without the arrow) Lv.2 sword, Lv.2 Boomerang, and Power bracelet. I've managed to play the Flute to open the stairway to what I believe is level 4, however there's a switch up to the left of it that I can't reach. I tried going through sabertooth heights to get to it, but there is a boulder blocking my path.

Thanks, it did work. However, once again I'm stuck. On level 4, I can't find where the switch is to lower the blocks for getting into the boss area of the level. Where is it hidden and what do you have to do to lower them?
