I dunno, is that what you wanted, you'll have to be more specific...That's stuff is pretty much legal, I guess.

Well, I was kinda looking for something like Final Fantasy-ish type music, but I guess any large collections of Tmusic would be nice. And I thought VGMusic was just midis...

Tracker music isn't very easy to come by. It's easy to make though, but you have to know what you're doing.
VGMusic does not carry Tracker files. Modarchive.com is what you want.
And if you're looking to convert an SNES game's music to Tracker, just use the SPC file instead. ZC natively supports it and it's a straight rip from the game itself, rather than a manual resequencing which is probably not going to sound genuine.

yeah, but for some odd reason SNES9X has a hard time making those files, so if you're going to make SPCs, use ZSNES ;)

or you can send me a PM for some of the music you want :)

Does it also support PSF or MiniPSF files?

Nope. I haven't heard any plans to add it, but I haven't heard any plans otherwise, either.

Any place where you can find rescored mods/trackers of Playstation music?

There's a tool called PSound at zophar.net that allows you to save some sound files to .wav. You could also use the Winamp disk writer. I don't know if there are any tools which export MODs or ITs, though.
