the local Kankakee paper has its own call-in editorial; occasionaly, there's some odd comments, some stupid ones, some thoughtful, and others, just plain funny
the following one caught my eye--

No offense: Why is there food called Cheese Nips and Sauerkraut? Should these name be changed to Cheese Japanese and Sauer German to not offend anybody?

My sense of humor got mad when it read that "joke". It doesn't have time to waste on stupidity. It's got much funnier things to spend time on.
