help whis spikes

ok heres the problem, for the longest time now i have wanted spikes that went up and down, ok so all spikes can go up and down, but i what spikes that you can stap on when there down, just so know there like spikes in level 5 in isle of the winds, thats the only game i have ever seen them in action, any help at all is geat

They're probably done with Combo Cycling. Make two different combos, one for spikes down, and another for spikes up. Have them Cycle between one another.
