Robotech Invasion

When i bought Robotech Battlecry for my Gamecube I was very impressed, since it had been 17 years since Robotech was first Aired. But then when i was lurking around Robotech.com i was shocked to find out Invasion was only coming out for the PS2 and Xbox, I have played the game at a friends house, and was very much inpressed, so now i have to decide between the Xbox and PS2. I am leaning towards a Xbox, cause you got alot of great FPS's, but PS2 also has quite a few game I want. So what do you people think i should do?

I say get whatever system has the exclusives you want. There are many games that appear on multiple consoles, so they are what matter imo (aside from price, but generally price is not an issue)
