Alright here is the situation... PLEASE HELP!

I have windows XP. I have downloaded the 2.10. The game launches. Zquest launches. Here is the problem: When I play the game the screen flickers. I don't know how else to describe it. It keeps on flashing black and stuff. It gets really annoying and I doubt anybody would be able to stand playing the game with it. I have tried adjusting my monitor. Nothing. Does anybody have any ideas? Even if you don't, let me know. Please.

I get a variant of this: flickering garbage around the edges of the screen when I alt-tab back from Zquest or another program. Probably has to do with the new "triple buffering" drawing method DN put in.

The flicker goes away after I reset a few times with F7. I'd guess you tried that already though...perhaps the "-modex" command-line switch might help? It's all I can think of...
