How can I end my quest without making the player save Zelda?

By my quest story there is no Zelda at all. Now the only way I know of making my quest "beatable" is to have the Zelda room and setup the Zelda flags. Is there another way to end my quest. Can you name some way at all that you can think of to help me?

Try just deleting the zelda tiles and still use the Zelda Room and flags.

I think placing the combos "Win/beat game" will have the same effect. if that dosen't work, try just editing Zelda's graphics into someone else, or just deleting them altogether
