I'm a newbee.How do I raise the second ladder to level 4?
Please help.

you see a yellow button next to the entrance you need to trigger that ( by standing on it) one to lower the staire
You get there from the start a bit up using your power glove a little rafting to the left and up and using your hookshot
Hope this hint is enough otherwise just come back and ask some more help ;)
