I-warp, I don't get something

Sometimes when I make an i-warp, it doesn't take me to the screen I want. It goes to the one next to it. Now, I had the problem before but I fixed it. I just didn't know what I did. Why does the only happen sometimes? And what can I do to avoid this?

are you sure the DMap you are warping to is perfectly aligned to the map you want to warp to? This is the only thing I can think of that could cause this problem.
