In a dungeon. How come link walks over the top of the passage instead of through the passage. How do I fix this? Layers?>

i guess i'm confused. Do you mean when the stairs appear in the room he's warping to? do you mean the underground tunnel he walks through?

when you use freeform dungeons, you have to either make the door top combos "overhead combos" or place them on layer 3
