Start going door to door and ask if anybody has an aol cd they got in the mail.

You would be better off with wal-mart connect. even though it is the same as aol but it is cheaper. I am stuck with it sadly :(

well aol is not my main isp, it earthlink, i use aol for thir chat... dont mention irc becuaee im not in a chat room to talk to linux geeks but to make friends

Woah woah wait a minuet. Not everyone is a linux geek in chat. If you are looking for just aim. You should use gaim instead.
