Today is the day the jury starts deliberating on Scott Peterson's fate. For those of you that don't know about him, he's the guy who murdered his wife and unborn child. Should he be jailed for life or executed? If I was on that jury, I'd vote to execute the bastard. What do you all think?

Life in prison w/o parole should be good. It's even worse than death. ¬_¬

Isn't death cheaper? I mean, the guy did such a horrible crime that should he even be allowed to keep his body, and feed off of the system? I think either way he's never going to be free.

The judge in the Scott Peterson murder trial denied defense motions Monday for a new jury and a new venue for the penalty phase of the case, and rescheduled the process to begin November 30.

Oops. guess we'll have to wait. :(

I'm against killing humans. Even murderers.

So, TO JAIL.

Jailing people who never deserve to be released is a waste of taxpayer's money. If they are guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and it's a serious crime, death is fitting.

what goki says is true. killing someone is like a 'get-out-of-life-free' card. you basically have a home for x amount of years. so why not give places to the homeless and execute the murderers?

How much do you guys actually know about the severity of the case. I admit that I don't know much at all. I just haven't cared. If it was a cold blooded murder than death penality is probably fitting. If it was an act of passion than I really don't know.

Well first degree murder for killing his wife and second degree murder for the killing of the child so id have to say hes gonna get the death penalty but if not its gonna be life no parole
