Proxy question

You can be anonymous with a proxy by entering it in LAN settings, but what if you already use a proxy to connect from a LAN?
Note: I also want https for places like gmail

I take it you are referring to the proxy settings in Internet Explorer, which dont make you anonymous. It will just identify any incoming/outgoing traffic as the proxy server.. Most proxy servers support https, so just configure the ports in the internet options.

i mean i connect to the internet through a proxy but i want to also use an external one to bypass the goddamn chaperon web filter
