I'm just about done. I'm missing one heart peice, It's one Death Island, but I cannot get it. I never got the item to talk to shops that won't talk to me. And I don't know what this master dome is. Is the there any more sword or boomerangs or arrows that aren't listed in the doc file??? Please help.

okay, enter the cave on death island that takes you to the graveyard portion. As you exit the cave, find a tree on the north end of that screen and wand burn it. Now enter the cave and exit death island, go into the other cave that leads to the dungeon entrance portion of death island. As you go down the ladder after exiting the cave, head right behind some trees to claim your HC piece reward. Enjoy.

As for the silent shops...
The item you need is INSIDE the Master Dome, and I have no clue where it is.

This dome is at the very far north of the world, just east of the goron village. And yep, the letter is inside it. ;) Of course, you'll need to have completed nearly all (if not all) of the 11 other dungeons to complete it, you'll need lots of items!
