I see where Stage 4 is supposed to be, but I'm not sure how to open it up. Please help me. I would like to make sure where it is and how to get in it. Thanks.

You mean the 2nd quest? Level 4 is accessed by pushing a rock with the power bracelet to the right of the waterfall. The power bracelet is where it was last time.
