End of Quest Game Icon

Got a question, how do I make the Game Icon appear after the quest is completed? The Game Icon shows the different stages when Link gets the blue/red/yellow tunic.
After a quest is completed & I want to replay the quest again, the Game Icon somehow didn't appear.
Will kindly request the assistance of more advanced ZC quest makers :)

maybe you forgot to add the final pallete? try pressing A and see what file you have selected. it might have switched to the second quest, which would be a bug
