hi, i have a quest that i'd like tho show in the QDB. ok, very beautiful, but i don't understand the part of uploading the quest (how to put it in the web)

you have to host it somewhere, so that we may download it, and upload it to our own server. - After verifying that it is indeed a quest, and is free of viruses.

doesn't matter where you host it, that's up to you. if you have webspace, ftp, etc. There are hundreds of ways to host files for free, find one.
