can any body tell me where the glove is .i beleve its in the n/w somewere but where.

It is in the NW. You need to work towards the western most set of screens and go north then when you reach the very top go east a few screens. It is a small cove with a cave and a lake. The ground is bare. That's close enough that you should be able to find it. I think Link can walk all the way to level 6.
