That's a great site. It also has quite a few nice links associated with it. But unfortunately, I couldn't find the midi you were looking for. But you may have better luck.

I looked at this site and I was about to download a trail wav to midi converter when I thought of viruses (you think it is silly? Well then you do not have to trust this source but feel free to try it) I hope you have the song on wav or mp3... ;)
