Change refresh rate at startup?

Right now when I startup zc 1.92 player 184 it's starting up at 640x480 85Hz. This is fine for my desktop, but I can't get it to run on my carputer with a 7" Xenarc(700TSV) because the refresh rate is too high. Is there a way to edit a startup file for it to startup at 60Hz instead of 85Hz like it is now?

Well, ZC requests a 60 hz refresh rate when it starts. Try running windowed mode and the refresh rate shouldn't matter.
