I'm always interested in working out and staying in shape. I saw found this:
http://bodybuildingpro.com/bodytypeinformation.html
and this
http://www.innerexplorations.com/psytext/3.htm

It's fairly interesting. Like all typing systems it's notoriously flawed, but still a good system. You are probably a mixture of types. Personally, I think I'm a mixture of ectomorph and mesomorph. I am naturally skinny, but I have broad shoulders and an athletic body. I can gain muscle fairly easy if I have a good routine. I neight gain or lose weight very efficiently. Come to think of it. I might be more of a mesomorph. You never realy know during puberty. I shot right up in height so I probably didn't have time to develope anything else. Whatever, it's all a mystery.

By knowing how you're body works, you better manage you health. Also, I found the list of celebrities for each body type to be interesting.

I'm a mixture of meso/endomorph, the next applies to me.

The MESOMORPH.
Rectangular Shaped (Male)
Excellent Posture (well not excellent, but a good one)
Gains Muscle Easily
Gains Fat More Easily Than Ectomorphs

The ENDOMORPH.
Weight Loss is Difficult
Gains Muscle Easily Like the Mesomorph.

Psychologists sometimes use these body classifications and group them with personality traits. Its an old theory and obviously flawed, but that is where I recognize the names from.
