Unofficial 3rd Quest - Medicine Letter

Okay, I'm working on Level 5 and I'm not going to be able to get through without medicine. I have been EVERYWHERE, and I can't find the letter to give the old woman. Can someone please just tell me where it is??? I wanted to find it on my own, but I give up. :( :odd:

Okay, I found it. You guys probably knew I was just about to find the raft, which is the key to finding the letter. Whew!!
