Sleep emailing

Some guy called peng0 on somethingawful.com posted this saying that he sent some email in his sleep. Here is what he said:


As most of you know, it's hard to see your sent email unless you're in your sent mail folder, so I didn't know about this until thismorning when I saw the reply from my friend. It's now being syndicated through my network of friends with the subject "FW: John's on crack, everyone!"

I have no recollection of sending this and the time/date on it was after I went to sleep. I woke up thismorning and my monitor was on, but I just thought I had accidentally left it on. (I usually download stuff at night with my computer on and my monitor off)

I have no idea how anyone could fake that, but it's pretty fucked up.

Quite random. But I doubt it. I mean, when you sleepWALK its usually to a routine. A man once got into his car and dorve off. (He crashed). Other things like going to get a drink are normal. But none of it happens in your concsiousness. So its kinda impossible to TYPE in your sleep unless it was all you did and you were the most amazing touchtyoer ever. AND he spelt everything right. (that was in the context of being spelt right).
Methinks hes an attention seeker.

People have done such things as eat, change clothes, and according to one guy murder their spouse. Writing email doesn't seem to me to be too highly complex to make this unbelieveble. As you can see, he wasn't coherent and didn't pay any attention to structure.

Yeah but I can write better stuff than that when I'm not sleeping. Like shit just the other day ronald had a burger on my carpet and smashed the TV with a waffle iron. Although its quite interesting. Sheep Sheep Sheep Sheep Salamander. I can see it being possible.
Trandonese bobcats ate my sneakers and shat on them when I put them on.

Two fo my siblings are sleepwalkers, so i know that weird thinsg that do when they sleep walk, my brother jumped in teh shower alot, clothed, so i believe its possible

Totally cool.. I know a few times, i'll wake up from a good dream, and still have some of it left in my mind. I'll open up a book in my dream, and try to read the words aloud - and it's just words, not sentences. Sorta like this. weird, but freaky.
