How do you use them to layer tiles.

What do you mean by layer tiles? Do you want to put different tiles on different layers? If so, then go to the layers subscreen and put in the DMap of the layer you want. Then put the tiles on that DMap.

They aren't tiles, they are combos, and they don't go on a dmap, they go on a map.
