I saw the free I Pod thread so I am assuming if this is an ok place to put this. I signed up for the free tv thing a while ago and I have had many people sign up, but no one actually completed an offer. I choose the credit card and applied to it. Funny enough I didnt even get it, I got declined. So now all I need to do is get 8 people to sign up and complete an offer.
